We are pleased to invite you to the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Warrandyte Basketball Association. The meeting will be held on Sunday 25th of February, 2024 at the Warrandyte Sports Complex, starting at 6:30pm (registrations open from 6:15pm).
Please see the attached documents which includes the AGM Invitation, Committee Nomination Form and the Member Registration Form. Please note that the nomination form needs to be returned via email to or handed to the Administration office during office hours no later than 6pm on Sunday 11th February 2023.

Your participation in the Annual General Meeting is important to the Association and a valuable opportunity for members to speak with the Committee of Management, ask questions, and vote on the items of business which are explained in the Notice.
Please note that the Rules of Warrandyte Basketball Association Inc. do not provide for voting by proxy all votes must be made in person.
